Based on the findings of an unannounced on-site state licensure and Medicare recertification survey conducted on May 17, 2021 through May 20, 2021, Lehigh Valley Hospice was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418.113, Subpart D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care - Emergency Preparedness.
